Dieser Pizzastein ist ideal für den CADAC Meridian und Citi Chef 50, kann aber auch mit Gas- oder Elektrogrills oder im Elektoöfen genutzt werden. Der 15 mm dicke Pizzastein hält Temperaturen bis 300°C stand.
Der Pizzastein wird mit einer praktischen verchromten Halterung geliefert. Mit diesem Halter kannst du den Stein einfach auf dem Grill platzieren und entfernen. Der Stein besteht aus hitzebeständigem Cordierit, das dem Teig die Feuchtigkeit entzieht. Das Ergebnis: ein leckerer knuspriger Pizzaboden!
Neben dem Backen von Pizzen kannst du auf diesem Pizzastein auch hervorragendes Brot, eine Focaccia oder Croissants backen.

Die Räucherbox ist wie geschaffen, um genau die richtige Menge Holzspäne zuzufügen. Durch den Einsatz der Räucherbox verbrennen die Holzspäne langsamer. So erzeugst du eine lange Zeit Rauch und geben die Holzspäne dem Grill-Gericht einen schönen rauchigen Geschmack. Die Räucherbox aus Edelstahl ist langlebig und leicht zu reinigen.
Wie benutzt du die Räucherbox?
Lege eine Woche – bevor du die Räucherbox benutzen möchtest – die Holzspäne in Wasser. Meist steht auf der Verpackung wie lange dies gemacht werden muß. Laß die Späne gut abtropfen, zu nasse Holzspäne dampfen anstatt zu rauchen. Lege die abgetropften Holzspäne in die Räucherbox und stelle die Box direkt auf das Grillrost. Jetzt kannst du den Deckel schließen und kann das Räuchern anfangen!
Verschiedene Sorten Holz
In der Räucherbox kannst du verschiedene Sorten Holz benutzen. Zum Beispiel: Apfel-, Kirsch-, Buchen- oder Eichenholz. Jede Holzart hat ihr eigenes, unverwechselbares Aroma. Zum Teil ist dies natürlich je nach eigenem Geschmack.

UNSERE GRILLMATTEN
Mit einer Grillmatte liegt dein Grillgut sicher auf dem Grill. Die Grillunterlage schützt so kleinere und größeres Grillgut vom Durchfallen durch die Stäbe des Rosts. Wir bei CADAC setzen auf ein durchlässiges, flexibles und engmaschiges Gewebe, wodurch sich die Hitze einfach verteilen kann.
WIE VERWENDEST DU DIE GRILLMATTE?
Die Grillmatte eignet sich für emaillierte und verchromte Oberflächen und kann so mit den meisten Gasgrills kombiniert werden. Du kannst die Grillunterlage einfach auf den Grillrost deines Grills legen und Fisch, Fleisch und Co. ganz ohne die Verwendung von Öl zubereiten. Durch die haftende Wirkung bleibt das Grillgut an Ort und Stelle ohne festzukleben. Im Anschluss kannst du die Grillmatte mit Wasser und Seife oder in deiner Spülmaschine reinigen.

Die Mini Räucherbox ist wie geschaffen, um genau die richtige Menge Holzspäne zuzufügen. Durch den Einsatz der Räucherbox verbrennen die Holzspäne langsamer. So erzeugst du eine lange Zeit Rauch und geben die Holzspäne dem Grill-Gericht einen schönen rauchigen Geschmack. Die Räucherbox aus Edelstahl ist langlebig und leicht zu reinigen.
Wie benutzt du die Mini Räucherbox?
Lege eine Stunde – bevor du die Räucherbox benutzen möchtest – die Holzspäne in Wasser. Meist steht auf der Verpackung wie lange dies gemacht werden muß. Laß die Späne gut abtropfen, zu nasse Holzspäne dampfen anstatt zu rauchen. Lege die abgetropften Holzspäne in die Räucherbox und stelle die Box in der Fettauffangschale. Jetzt kannst du den Deckel schließen und kann das Räuchern anfangen!
